The new update for Google’s new Family Library feature was supposed to start to use by July 2, it seems to be a slow process, as there are no reports yet of it being available on a large. The google help pages and the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement have already been updated to adapt this change, but the actual appearance of it on the Google Play Store is still in waiting, at least from what we’re seeing on our end.

Origin of this concept
Google announced this update at its google's I/O conference that allows up to six family members who will be able to share apps that have been purchased on the Google Play Store. So if you bought a game or a productivity app from google play store and wanted your family members to have it too, you need not have to purchase one for each. Just share the app that you already bought, with no additional price. You are not required to create a shared family account to be able to share app, as which is already available for sharing with the registered members in the family group.
For developers,in the user agreement has already adapted this change, adding the clause that the app can be shared with members of your family. This change,in-app and subscription of new products are not included in the family sharing option. Developers have the option to make sharing of their app from previous apps as well, but they would have to do it manually through their Google Play Developer Console.
To know, if you are already have the Family Library feature, head on over to your Play Store app and click the Accounts section. You’ll be able to see a new Family option. If not, register to Play Store first and if it’s still not there, it means the rollout is going very slowly.
